ALL OUR FLAVORS

When everything sounds so good and you just have to try it all, try all our flavors.

VOX POPULI

In the heart of Rome, tucked away on a tiny cobblestone street, stands a one-hundred-year-old bakery. Each morning before the town wakes up, the bakery is filled with the aroma of sweet cookies and baked fruits.

From the dozens of delicious offerings, perhaps the most wonderful is crostate -- a lattice crust filled with fruit jams and baked until golden.

We’ve aspired to create our favorite version: apricot and berry.

PECCAVI

Around the world, Farmer’s Markets are a ubiquitous hallmark of everyday life. Carts overflow with the freshest fruits and most wholesome foods. As the spring of hope gives way to the summer of youth, strawberries, bananas, and tropical fruits fill the markets.

Once home, our backyard barbecues and picnic lunches welcome the unique flavors of summer.

We have sought to bring you that same abundance of fresh fruit.

DOMUS

Do you remember your first sip of root beer? That excitement you felt when you cracked open the bottle; the fizzle of bursting bubbles? That thrilling first taste joining spicy flavors and smooth vanilla in a culmination of pure joy.

We embarked on a journey to capture that moment.

MENTHA

While Mentha is a term apt to describe any mint, in Roman times it was exclusive to Spearmint. We do hope our rendition lives up to the ancient Roman philosopher’s expectations when he said, As for the garden of mint, the very smell of it alone recovers and refreshes our spirits, as the taste stirs up our appetite.

BISCOTTO

Of all Roman inventions, Biscotti may have been one of the most important. The food was created from unleavened bread sweetened with almonds and baked once to cook it and once again to dry all of the moisture from it. Pliny the Elder remarked that Biscotti would be edible for centuries, and for this reason Roman legions brought this food into war with them.

LONDINIUM

For nearly four-hundred years the Roman Empire controlled a small Island off the coast of Europe. They brought with them architecture, agriculture, urban planning and industrial production. 1400 years later, that small island gave the world Shakespeare, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes and Earl Grey tea. We’ve combined that wonderful tea with vanilla and cream.
